How to add site to allow third party cookies

Google Chrome:

  1. Click on the "Menu" in the upper right corner of Google Chrome and Open the Browser settings. The menu is represented by three stacked dots.
  2. Click on "Settings".

  3. Select "Privacy and security".

  4. Click on "Cookies and other site data".

  5. Scroll down to "Customized behaviors" and add site to always use cookies.

  6. Enter "https://internet.speedpay.com/" as shown below.

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Click on the "Menu" in the upper right corner of Microsoft Edge and Open the Browser settings. The menu is represented by three dots.
  2. Click on "Settings".

  3. Select "Cookies and site permissions".

  4. Next click on "Manage and delete cookies and site data".

  5. Scroll to "Allow" and click “Add”.

  6. Enter "https://internet.speedpay.com/" as shown below and click “Add”.

Safari (MacOS):

  1. Launch Safari. If it's not in the Dock, you can find it in the Applications folder. From the Safari menu, choose Preferences....

  2. Click the Privacy button. Uncheck the box to "Block all cookies" and "Prevent cross-site tracking".


Safari (iOS):

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Safari.
  3. Disable "Block all cookies" and "Prevent cross-site tracking".
